What products can I buy through the app?

You will be able to purchase the following products:

Multiday 24h and Multiday Daytime from 6am to 10pm for stays of 1 to 30 days.
Weekend (weekends at train stations).

If I have purchased a product online, is it necessary to take a ticket when I arrive at the parking lot?

No, this is not necessary. In your purchase confirmation email, you will receive an access QR and instructions on how to access the car park. You can also link your number plate to your online purchase if the car park has this type of access.
If you have any doubts, you should contact us via intercom (24h) in order to check out using the contracted product.

How do I redeem the product purchased on the website in order to access the car park?

Once the purchase is made, we will send you an email indicating the process to redeem your product according to the chosen access method:

QR access - You must scan the QR code received by email at the reader at the entrance and exit of the car park. If there is not QR readers in the car park, you must take a ticket and validate your purchase at the exit of your stay using the 24-hour intercom that you will find at the exit barrier. Remember to have your reservation reference/locator on hand to provide it to our staff.
License Plate Access - If the chosen car park has license plate readers and you have linked your web product to your license plate from your "My Saba", you will be able to access and leave the car park directly.

If you purchase this product online and have VIA-T, you must remove your device from the vehicle before entering the car park to avoid double charges.

This multi-day product must be purchased before the start of the stay in the car park.
